Option 1 — Preferred

Live chat with the assistant

Connect Telegram or WhatsApp from /portal/connect. Send a message or attach a file from your phone. It lands in your claim file like you uploaded it on the web.

  • One-time 6-character linking code. 10-min TTL. Single-use.
  • The bot reads only what you send it. Not other chats. Not contacts. Not groups.
  • Files go to your private bucket: <user_id>/<claim_id>/<file>
  • Text + voice notes show up in the AI assistant transcript.
  • Replies follow the same rules as the website chat — it can't pretend to be a lawyer.

Import an exported chat archive

Got a relevant group chat that pre-dates the platform? Export it from the source app and upload it.

  • The AI pulls out dated events, receipts, legal mentions, work-loss / medical / payment references.
  • Third-party personal info is redacted before any reviewer sees anything.
  • You review every extracted item before it enters your claim file.
